Pre-Litigation Attorney

This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for candidates with at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in handling personal injury cases from inception to settlement. Location:

Duties:

• Manage and oversee multiple personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Supervise Case Managers and Legal Assistants.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Analyze case facts to determine liability and establish coverage.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and excellent client service.
• Handle a large caseload, ensuring each case progresses efficiently toward resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of California state laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience managing a large caseload with the ability to assess liability and damages in personal injury claims.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with support staff and other attorneys.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license (required).
