Job Overview:

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and advocacy in litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, persuasive briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies and litigation plans.
• Advise clients on litigation risks and possible outcomes.
• Manage a caseload with multiple litigation cases simultaneously.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in litigation practice.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to manage and meet deadlines across multiple cases.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently when necessary.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State (Washington State Bar membership required).
