The ideal candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials, strong organizational and drafting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across legal and business teams.

Duties:

  • Draft and review transactional documents for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare reports for corporate transactions.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring business transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to business transactions.
  • Manage and coordinate transactional closings and post-closing activities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
  • 3+ years of experience in transactional business law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with due diligence processes and transactional document drafting.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Education and Certifications:

  • Undergraduate degree and JD from accredited institutions.
