Senior Associate or Of-Counsel

Duties

• Represent lenders in all facets of complex real estate financings, including:

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on representing lenders in complex real estate financing.

Education
