Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload, ensuring that deadlines are met and all legal processes are followed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or North Dakota.
  • Experience in personal injury law or a related field.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office in Superior, WI, and travel to meet clients as necessary.
  • Previous experience in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with legal processes such as depositions, hearings, trials, and negotiations.
