Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Manage and oversee discovery processes.
• Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Attend court appearances and depositions as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on litigation.
• Have particular expertise in real estate or commercial litigation.
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or equivalent credentials demonstrating excellence in the field.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
