Duties

• Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at trial and appellate levels.

• Provide legal counsel in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.

• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop case strategies.

• Advocate for clients before regulators and governmental agencies.

• Collaborate effectively with legal teams and clients to ensure the best outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or a related legal field.

• Proven experience with securities-related disputes and investigations.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California or New York State Bar.
