Job Overview:

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings and other litigation filings.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and code enforcement hearings (both in-person and remotely).
• Provide high-quality legal services to clients in the mortgage banking industry.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation (required).
• Experience with foreclosure litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and propose corrective actions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership (required).

Skills:

• Proficiency in computer and office software.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
