• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial when needed.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and effective case management.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
