Job Overview:

This role focuses on managing personal injury cases in their pre-litigation stages and requires an individual with a strong foundation in personal injury law and exceptional organizational and negotiation skills.

Duties:

• Oversee a team of personal injury case managers to efficiently manage cases through pre-litigation stages.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in pre-suit matters, including negotiations and settlements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of case files and required documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury pre-suit casework.
• Demonstrated expertise in personal injury law, particularly in pre-litigation processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of general law office procedures and practices.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission is required.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor case managers.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
