No Fault Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in No-Fault Litigation (PIP defense) with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client satisfaction and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Manage litigation cases from inception through trial, ensuring thorough oversight and attention to detail.
• Prepare legal motions and memoranda of law to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses as needed for litigation.
• Conduct file analyses and draft detailed reports to assist in case evaluation.
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably in a defense practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York.
