Requirements:

  • Current or prior experience as a Real Estate Attorney, either as a solo practitioner or at a large law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contract law, and leasing.
  • Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently.
  • Experience in closing and title work is preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and communicate complex legal matters effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.
