Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in class action and collective litigation, primarily in federal court

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to wage and hour regulations and employment laws

  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure consistent case development and client service

  • Support senior attorneys in high-profile, multi-jurisdictional litigation matters

  • Engage in proactive communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for exposure to complex or class-action cases

  • Experience in employment law, wage & hour disputes, or FLSA collective actions is highly desirable

  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and caseloads independently

  • Admission to practice law in Indiana, or eligibility for admission

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in good standing, preferably in Indiana

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and legal reasoning capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
