Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law and civil litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters, with a focus on employment law.
  • Experience in managing cases from inception through to trial and resolution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments.
  • Proven ability to handle client relationships with professionalism and empathy.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
