Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings and before regulatory agencies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Manage litigation discovery processes, including written discovery and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation to resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain ethical practices.
• Handle administrative and case management tasks related to legal representation.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Demonstrated interest in litigation, particularly in employment law and personal injury matters.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
