Duties:

• Manage a caseload of general liability matters, providing legal representation for clients in various industries.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and prepare strategies to support case development.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and support case management.
• Maintain effective client relationships and communicate case updates clearly and professionally.
• Contribute to the firm’s ongoing efforts in professional development and firm culture.
• Meet billing targets and participate in firm-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of General Liability litigation experience.
• Strong academic background and proven experience in handling general liability cases.
• California Bar membership is in good standing.
• Excellent references and a track record of job stability.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound solutions.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
