Duties

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.

  • Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings.
  • Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Utilize legal research platforms and technology to support case strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of employment litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research software (Westlaw, Lexis).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based case management and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Adobe, Slack/Teams).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
