• Collaborate with senior attorneys on client management and case strategies
• Handle or assist at trials, depending on experience level

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law or litigation (new admits may also be considered)
• Member in good standing of the California State Bar
• Experience with tracking billable hours is a plus
• Ability to manage assigned caseload and maintain client communication
• Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail
• Initiative to work independently and handle multiple deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar, or pending Bar number
