• Engage with clients and opposing counsel to advance case objectives
• Participate in trial preparation; trial experience is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Ability to work both independently and under supervision

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
