A reputable law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a seasoned Labor and Employment Attorney to join its team on a non-partnership track basis. This role is designed for an experienced attorney capable of managing complex litigation matters, taking depositions, and handling hearings independently. This position offers a competitive benefits package and an anticipated billable hour target of 1300 to 1500.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of labor and employment litigation matters
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings
• Collaborate effectively with team members to develop litigation strategies
• Perform comprehensive legal research and draft high-quality legal documents
• Offer analytical support and counsel to clients on complex labor and employment issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience (from the class of 2018 or earlier) in labor and employment law within a law firm environment
• Proven ability to manage litigation matters independently
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities with minimal supervision
