Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of litigation experience.
  • Significant court experience, including experience with court appearances.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and navigate new and unique legal challenges.
  • Strong academic record from a top law school.
  • Intellectual creativity and the ability to address and resolve novel legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent academic record, preferably from a top law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

  • Superior writing and research skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically about complex legal issues.
  • Strong case management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clerkship experience preferred.
