Family Law Associate Attorney

Everett office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney with experience. The candidate will engage with the Team to create a collaborative culture, including actively engaging and participating in Legal Team daily huddles, weekly firm meetings, and firm growth-building exercises/meetings. Will engage in contemporaneous timekeeping. Comfortable learning how to use case management software. Actively participating in systemizing, developing, and refining the firms operating systems by drafting/updating the firms policies and procedures, including preparing templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and/or videos. Must be experienced in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word and Outlook). Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington.

The candidate should have excellent organizational skills; able to work independently with a remote support staff; professional, ethical, courteous, accountable, and Team driven; detailed oriented; communicates with mindfulness; admits and learns from mistakes; Sense of humor. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
