Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planned community and condominium law.
  • Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Education:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
