• Duties:

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis of claims and case strategies.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.

• Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

  • Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions is required.
  • Federal and state trial experience is preferred.
