Trusts and Estates Attorney

Binghamton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trusts and estates attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will do substantial client contact as well as interaction with the department's attorneys. Travel to branch offices depending on client needs is required. Must have experience with estate planning, tax planning, estate administration, elder law and special needs planning. Must be admitted to practice in New York or able to waive into the NYS Bar. Must have excellent oral and written communication, computer, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Must also be highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
