Senior Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a skilled Senior Employment Litigation Associate to join its team in Denver, CO. This full-time position is ideal for an attorney with over 5 years of experience in employment litigation who is eager to grow their practice under the guidance of accomplished partners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties

• Collaborate with a team to manage litigation matters from initiation to resolution, including drafting responses to pleadings and managing discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and argue motions in court.
• Participate in mediations and provide strategic advice to clients regarding employment law challenges.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks and training materials to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Address various client inquiries and challenges related to employment law daily.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated familiarity with employment laws.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
