The Associate Attorney will be responsible for leading capital market transactions, managing due diligence teams, providing general corporate and corporate governance advice, and working effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential, and admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is required.

 

Duties:

  • Lead capital market transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, and equity offerings.
  • Manage due diligence teams and ensure thorough review of relevant documents and information.
  • Provide general corporate and corporate governance advice to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  • Train and mentor junior associates to enhance their skills and professional development.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on capital markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of maturity.
  • Proven ability to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.

 

Skills:

  • Experience in managing due diligence processes.
  • Strong understanding of general corporate and corporate governance principles.
