Mid-Level Corporate Capital Markets Associate Attorney

A law firm in Miami is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Capital Markets Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for leading capital market transactions, managing due diligence teams, providing general corporate and corporate governance advice, and working effectively as part of a team across practice areas. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential, and admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is required.

Duties:

• Lead capital market transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, and equity offerings.
• Manage due diligence teams and ensure thorough review of relevant documents and information.
• Provide general corporate and corporate governance advice to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Train and mentor junior associates to enhance their skills and professional development.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
• 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on capital markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of maturity.
• Proven ability to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
