Patent Attorney

Greenville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent attorney with 2+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience. The firm will partner with the law firm's team and in-house teams to develop and execute thoughtful and effective global IP strategies. Draft and prosecute patent applications. Draft opinions of counsel. Conduct due diligence investigations and perform freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses. Get opportunities for strategic counseling through client-facing interactions. A degree in mechanical engineering, physics engineering, or related fields of study and/or relevant experience is required. Must be a member of the US Patent Bar. The firm offers a 401k/profit sharing with employer-paid benefits (100% of medical for employees).
