Associate Attorney needed for Atlanta office

A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The firm provides robust marketing and business development support, allowing the attorney to focus on delivering justice to clients in personal injury cases. Mentorship will be provided by accomplished trial attorneys to support professional growth.

Location:

Duties:

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities for pre-litigation cases
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law
• Guide plaintiff clients through the legal process and provide exceptional client service
• Interact with expert witnesses, including conference calls and drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury or premises liability law
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong drive toward long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a fully accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Georgia State Bar Association (required)
