The successful candidate will be an integral member of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across diverse industries and challenging jurisdictions.

Duties:

• Represent clients in high-stakes product liability and mass tort litigation.
• Collaborate with trial teams on case strategy and execution.
• Manage discovery processes and prepare for trial.
• Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.

• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.

• Local Bar admission required.
