Duties:

• Provide legal advice and services in sophisticated estate planning and drafting
• Handle trust and estate administration matters
• Advise on estate and gift tax, as well as charitable planning
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in private wealth law
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Prior law firm experience

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California Bar
