The firm has a full-service international practice and specializes in corporate and securities transactions, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. Attorneys at the small DC branch and the firm as a whole are a diverse group with a wide variety of backgrounds, but they are all dedicated to the quality of their work and to serving the needs of their clients. While this firm is decidedly rigid in the academic standards necessary to work here, they also look for individualists. Formed as a litigation firm back in the 1800s, this firm retains an all-star litigation practice, but the corporate area is nipping at its heels. Generally regarded as a laid-back, fun firm filled with highly intelligent, though decidedly non-nerdy people, this is one of the professions top addresses.
