Job Overview: A growing law firm is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Estate and Elder Law Attorney to join its expanding estate practice. Duties:

  • Assist with basic and advanced estate planning matters.
  • Provide legal advice and representation in elder law cases, including guardianship, Medicaid planning, and long-term care.
  • Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and consultations with clients to discuss estate planning and elder law issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in estate and elder law to provide the best legal advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Passion for estate planning and elder law, with a willingness to learn and grow.
