Duties:

• Handle plaintiff's personal injury cases, including Auto, Premises, and Construction cases, from inception to trial.
• Manage and independently take cases to verdict.
• Maintain a superior track record of verifiable trial successes.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to strategize case development.
• Provide excellent client service throughout the trial process.
• Participate in the firm's growth and move towards partnership.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law.
• Proven trial experience, having successfully taken at least 10 plaintiff’s verdicts.
• Strong knowledge of Auto, Premises, and Construction law.
• Ability to independently handle cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York.

Skills:

• Expertise in plaintiff’s personal injury law.
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
