Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Aliso Viejo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of experience working as a senior associate attorney. The candidate will keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws. Handle own caseload, work independently, and zealously represent clients both in and out of court. Prepare for and conduct trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients. Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions. Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and discovery requests, and responses. Assist attorneys in thoughtfully positioning clients toward favorable outcomes. Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Must have previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration. Should have solid discovery, motion, trial preparation, and trial experience. Must have excellent communication and drafting skills. Persuasive writing skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills.
