The successful candidate will be responsible for handling contract preparation, document review, case management, and client consultations. Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on fertility law-related cases.
  • Draft, edit, and review contracts and legal documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings.
  • Provide consultation and support to clients through various stages of their cases.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of cases in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • At least 1 year of experience practicing as a licensed attorney.
  • Bar admission in California or any other state (California preferred).
  • Strong writing skills, particularly in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Prior experience in family law or fertility law is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Law office experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education:
