A motivated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney specializing in Premises Liability is sought to join a rapidly growing law firm in Birmingham, AL. Location:

Duties:

• Communicate with clients and manage case files from intake through settlement or trial.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Lead mediations and develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in court and advocate for their rights.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Premises Liability and Personal Injury law.
• Proven litigation track record.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar.
• Experience in drafting and responding to legal motions.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Alabama State Bar.
