Location:

Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving asylum, family cases, NVC cases, consular processing, removal proceedings, waivers, BIA appeals, writ of mandamus, humanitarian parole, and employment-based visas.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients on various immigration processes.
  • Represent clients in matters involving USCIS, NVC, and DOJ.
  • Prepare and submit accurate legal documents, petitions, and applications within designated timelines.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to offer current legal advice.
  • Build strong client relationships and advocate for their best interests throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and provide excellent client service.
  • Participate in business development efforts and client acquisition activities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Expertise in various immigration matters, including asylum, family cases, consular processing, removal proceedings, waivers, and employment-based visas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients and solve complex legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in the United States.
