A law firm in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney to handle complex transaction matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, asset and real estate sales, acquisitions, leases, and real estate finance transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate law and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work product and excellent client service.


Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate complex contracts related to real estate transactions
  • Handle asset and real estate sales and acquisitions
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on leasing agreements
  • Manage real estate finance transactions, including mortgage financing and lending matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations
  • Prepare legal opinions and memoranda for clients
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues on multi-disciplinary teams

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Texas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on real estate finance transactions preferred
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex legal principles clearly and succinctly
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
