Employment Law Attorney

A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience, including recent graduates awaiting results from the July 2024 South Carolina bar exam. Duties

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and offer sound legal advice.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on various cases and projects.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in South Carolina or awaiting results from the July 2024 bar exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated research capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and a solid work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid South Carolina Bar license (or in the process of obtaining).
