Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

Job Overview:
A prominent New York law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated attorney to join its litigation team. The firm specializes in plaintiff's personal injury cases and requires a candidate with strong legal knowledge and litigation skills. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case initiation to conclusion.
• Make court appearances and argue motions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, opposition papers, and discovery responses.
• Defend and conduct depositions, 50-H hearings, and EUO's.
• Work closely with supervising attorneys while maintaining independence in managing cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management and strategy implementation.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and meet strict deadlines.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar (mandatory).
• 1-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly motivated.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
