Duties:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Collaborate with partners and other team members on case strategy and legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm.
  • Specialization in employment litigation is essential.
  • A current license to practice law in Washington, D.C.
  • Proven track record of handling a variety of employment litigation cases.
  • Not less than 2 years in the current position.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
