Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle government investigations, including FTC or DOJ merger and conduct investigations
  • Assist in antitrust litigation and provide counsel on complex antitrust matters
  • Work on merger clearance and antitrust compliance issues
  • Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues
  • Support trial preparation and represent clients in hearings and depositions
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client matters
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of cases and maintain client communication

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in antitrust litigation, merger clearance, or government investigations
  • Experience with antitrust compliance and counseling is a plus
  • Large law firm or government agency experience preferred
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated understanding of antitrust law
  • Proven track record of successful legal work in antitrust matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
