Duties:

  • Handle a variety of cases in personal injury and general civil litigation.
  • Manage and develop own caseload with the ability to bring in new files.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case process.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to learn and grow within the firm.
  • Participate in case development, negotiation, and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in the legal field.
  • Judicial clerkship and civil litigation experience required.
  • Strong interest in plaintiff’s personal injury law.
  • Ability to bring in and manage new clients and cases.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • New Jersey State Bar Admission required.
