Duties:

  • Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings and argue motions.
  • Conduct new client consultations and provide legal guidance.
  • Oversee case docket and manage deadlines to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar License.
