  • Work alongside partners and associates to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, with strong knowledge of adjustment of status and consular processing.

  • Experience in a high-volume call environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for immigration law and advocacy for immigrant communities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate case issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Parental leave benefits.
  • Reimbursement for travel and parking expenses.
  • Paid Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and bar dues.
  • Opportunities for professional development and hands-on advocacy experience.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by connecting immigrants with the resources and support they need to navigate the immigration system. It is ideal for a mission-driven attorney who thrives in a collaborative and client-centered environment.
