Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Represent clients in court and during mediation and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare legal documents.
• Handle depositions, discovery, and other pre-trial activities.
• Develop case strategies and work closely with support staff to achieve case goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide case updates and counsel.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Proven track record of successful 1st chair jury trials.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar.
• Proficiency in drafting and responding to legal motions.
• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Alabama State Bar license required.

Certifications:

• Alabama State Bar admission is required.
