The Associate Attorney will play an integral role in case management, client communication, and achieving successful outcomes.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law, real estate law, and business law.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with a high level of precision.
• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies based on their needs.
• Engage in negotiations and mediation to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Conduct depositions, trials, and appeals as required.
• Offer routine general counsel to business clients.
• Stay current with relevant legal updates and changes in regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• At least 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Background in construction law, real estate law, and business law is highly desired.
• Expertise in legal drafting with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve legal challenges effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Colorado Bar License.
