Duties

• Provide legal counsel on financial transactions and corporate debt restructuring litigation.

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters related to finance and restructuring.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.

• Manage discovery processes and deposition preparations.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience at an Am Law 100 firm.

• Strong background in finance and restructuring litigation.

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission.
