The role requires in-office work at least three days per week.

Duties:

• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to trial and post-trial matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions in court.
• Assist with trial preparation and act as second chair during trials.
• Collaborate closely with clients from the entertainment industry on high-profile cases.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in both commercial and entertainment-related litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes and entertainment-related cases.
• Hands-on experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work.
• Strong familiarity with the entertainment industry, including film, television, podcasts, and social media.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar is required.

Certifications:
